Heather Greene

info

Heather Greene is a New York–based textile artist, prop & interior stylist, and set designer.  Heather moved to NYC in the late ’90s to pursue a career as a fashion stylist.  After a job at Issey Miyake, she transitioned into production, working on varied commercial projects and films as well as live art performances for Fischerspooner, Vanessa Beecroft, and Art Basel for Deitch Projects.  Throughout her many production experiences, Greene often gravitated toward sets and props, which eventually led to her focus on set design and prop styling.

Now a full-time stylist, she applies her combined understanding of production, travel, fashion, art, and design to each project she takes on.

She is also the founder of ELVN Textiles, a creative studio producing custom textile works—including cushions and bojagi pieces—that engage materiality and memory.  Heather lives with her family in Brooklyn, NY.
