ELVN x Old Stone Trade

My pillows made for ELVN x Old Stone Trade are an evolution of a quilt pattern taught to me by my Grandma Maggie called Lightning In The Rainforest with a David Hockney-inspired color palette. Each pillow has a colorway directly influenced by specific paintings within his glorious book A Bigger Picture.

All are handcrafted from washed linen and have down stuffers. Each pillow can be created within a few weeks and have been made on a custom basis thus far. I am open to originating new color ways for a site specific project as well.

ELVN is committed to safeguarding the knowledge we've gained from the matriarchs in our own families. Textiles are an important, tangible medium through which we can transmit history and compassion from one generation to the next, and from maker to holder.
